We want you to love your ALOHA Collection gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Mahalo for shopping with us and helping us protect our environment by ensuring your returns are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit Our Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific Splish Splash items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the feedback.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
